Job summary

A catering service provider in Singapore seeks an experienced sales professional to manage customer enquiries and support sales activities. Responsibilities include preparing quotations, following up on payments, and building customer relationships. Ideal candidates have a diploma in relevant fields and experience in catering or hospitality sales.

Qualifications

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in catering, F&B, or hospitality sales preferred.

  • Handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Prepare quotations, contracts, and other necessary documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Follow up on payments and ensure that all invoices are settled.
  • Support sales activities and assist in achieving team’s sales targets.
