Qualifications
- Good spoken and written Chinese is an advantage to deal with Chinese customers.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel.
Responsibilities
- Handle RFQs, including receiving, creating, and distributing quotes.
- Download inquiries and orders from customer portals.
- Update information in the company ERP system.
- Perform other duties as requested by the Commercial Director.

Job Description
- Responsible for handling RFQs within the time allocated, including receiving, creating, and distributing the quote to the client
- Download customer inquiries and orders from various internet-based customer portals & e-platforms (i.e. Ship-Serv, SisCommerce, BaseNet, MarineLink, B2B, etc)
- Accurately update relevant information and line items in the company ERP system (D365 & SCINT)
- Perform any other duties as requested by the Commercial Director and/or line manager
Requirements
