We’re hiring a hunter to drive new business in the tech talent space.

At ManpowerGroup Singapore, we’re growing our reach in the tech talent market. This is a pure client acquisition role — you’ll be acquiring & selling to new clients, managing those accounts, and partnering with our delivery teams to fulfil job orders. You won’t be doing recruitment yourself.

  • Hunting for new clients: Focus on acquiring companies in the tech / IT space that are hiring permanent talent
  • Spotting market movers: Stay ahead of new entrants and emerging players in Singapore’s tech ecosystem
  • Managing your own accounts: Build and grow relationships with the clients you bring in — no handoffs
  • Selling workforce solutions: Offer tailored recruitment and talent strategies based on client needs
  • Generating demand: Engage hiring managers and decision-makers to drive job orders
  • Collaborating for delivery: Work with our recruitment consultants to ensure smooth execution once job orders are secured
