APAC Lead, Customer Success — Supply Chain
Job summary
A leading software company in Singapore is seeking a Head of Customer Success for APAC to lead its Customer Success strategy for the Supply Chain portfolio. This role involves engaging with senior executives, driving customer value realization, and leading a high-performing regional team. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of leadership experience in Enterprise Software and deep expertise in Supply Chain Management. This position promotes a culture of inclusion and personal development.

- 15+ years of leadership experience in Enterprise Software or SaaS-based customer success.
- Deep expertise in Supply Chain Management (planning, manufacturing, logistics).
- Fluency in English; additional Asian languages a plus.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the Customer Success strategy for Supply Chain in APAC.
- Drive customer value realization for SAP Supply Chain solutions.
- Partner with Sales, Consulting, and Product Engineering for integrated customer experience.
