Document Control (70%)

• Editing, formatting, issue and publishing of all reviewed documentation into project template per document change control and quality control procedures.
• Maintain configuration control for all document deliverables among local teams, overseas teams and sub-contractors.
• Manage document revisions and ensure the latest version is available, provide management information on the status of project documentation by maintaining CDRL Trackers for each respective project.
• Provide audit trail for project documentation if required.
• Issue reviewed and complete submission package via Design Approval Request transmittals to customer.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for certain Design Approval Requests.
• Support and provide guidance to staff on the use of the records management system and the relevant record-keeping responsibilities
• Be familiar with document review and approval processes of the companys document management systems.
• Ensure compliance with company and legal document management requirements.

Project Administration (30%)

• Provide general administrative support to the project team. Secretarial support to Project Director/Managers, any other duties as requested by the Project Management team.

• 2 years of experience as Document Controller and/or Project Admin a plus.
• Responsible with a meticulous attitude and coordination skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, willing to learn and apply various processes, problem solve independently, be mentally prepared for tight deadlines and heavy workload.
• Proficiency in MS suite is a must.
• Knowledge in ClearQuest, Livelink, Shared Palma would be advantageous, but otherwise a keenness to learn new software/ systems will be sufficient.
• 5 days week near Macpherson MRT.
• 6 months contract with full benefits.
