A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking candidates for a customer service role in their indoor sales office cum showroom. Responsibilities include processing online and walk-in orders, customer service, and various sales-related tasks. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and be proficient in both Mandarin and English. The basic salary includes commission and additional benefits in a collaborative work environment.
Starting Basic Salary + Additional SALES COMM. & Incentives (Before Increment & Job Probation). AWS + CPF + Staff Benefits. Working Hrs - Mon – Fri, 8:30am – 6pm. Good Communication and Telephone Technique, Good Interpersonal, Writing, Analytical & Negotiation Skills. Ability to Liaise with Mandarin & English Speaking Associates & Customers.
