As an Associate, Talent Acquisition (Early Careers), you will play a pivotal role in building a strong pipeline of talent through impactful recruitment, engaging internship programmes, and strategic campus partnerships.
Reporting to the Early Careers Lead, you will manage end-to-end internship recruitment, plan and execute internship programmes, and drive engagement initiatives. You will work closely with hiring managers, Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs), and internal stakeholders to deliver a positive candidate and intern experience.
