Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full sales cycle for digital and IT services, from generating leads to closing deals.
  • Actively engage in public and private RFPs, tenders, and government procurement platforms (such as GeBIZ).
  • Prepare customized proposals, quotations, technical documents, and presentation materials.
  • Act as the technical advisor throughout the sales process, translating client needs into effective and scalable solutions.
  • Showcase product features through demonstrations, prototypes, and walkthroughs.
  • Collaborate with project teams to accurately scope solutions and align expectations with deliverables.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by managing upselling, renewals, and handling escalations professionally.
  • Monitor and manage sales pipelines, providing regular updates on key metrics and achievements.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust, transparency, and reliable delivery.
  • Evaluate and communicate the technical feasibility and architecture of proposed solutions, such as CMS platforms, custom applications, and experiential technologies.
  • Act as a bridge between sales and development teams to ensure solutions are technically viable and properly scoped.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal technical teams to gather requirements, define system specifications, and ensure seamless integration.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Media, or related disciplines.
  • 1 to 3 years of combined experience in IT sales and/or pre-sales/solution consulting.
  • Proven experience managing IT tenders and digital transformation projects, particularly within Singapore.
  • Skilled at translating technical concepts into clear business value for non-technical audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with a professional attitude and strong commitment to client success.
