Job summary

A growing litigation law firm in Singapore is looking for a meticulous Legal Secretary/Paralegal to support their team. Responsibilities include general accounting, legal correspondence, and drafting emails. The ideal candidate must have strong command of English and Mandarin, familiarity with IT tools, and experience in the legal industry is preferred. This full-time position requires working from the office, Monday to Friday with some Saturdays. Applications should be sent by 12 December 2025.

Qualifications

  • Strong command of English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
  • Good technological know‑how and comfortable using IT in their taskings.
  • Experience in law firm or legal industry preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the firm in general accounting of payments and receipts.
  • Provide support in legal correspondence, scheduling and other administrative matters.
  • Drafting emails and correspondences.

Skills
