Job summary

A legal firm in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal / Legal Executive for their Private Wealth Practice team. The successful candidate will assist with private wealth and asset management matters, including legal research, document preparation, and translation. Candidates should have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Law and two years of paralegal experience. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required. This role demands excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage matters independently.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law or above; legal training preferred.
  • Minimum of two years paralegal experience in a law firm or legal department preferred.
  • Meticulous and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in legal research and document preparation.
  • Manage document review process with internal stakeholders.
  • Translate legal documents between English and Mandarin.
