Job summary
A recruitment agency is seeking a Customer Service Representative in the Funeral Industry located in Singapore. The role entails handling incoming calls and emails, assisting customers, and performing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have at least GCE 'O' Levels and 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center setting. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, preferably in Call Center.
