1. Operate and monitor various production equipment and machinery to ensure consistent output and product quality
2. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment to maximise uptime and efficiency

4. Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
5. Maintain detailed records and documentation related to production activities
6. Assist with other duties as required to support the overall manufacturing operations

1. Previous experience as a Production Operator or in a similar manufacturing role
2. Technical aptitude and ability to operate a variety of production equipment and machinery
3. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards
4. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
5. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills
7. Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations
