A leading production company in Singapore is seeking a Production Operator to manage automated machinery and ensure product quality. This role requires individuals with a commitment to maintaining safety and cleanliness in the production area. Responsibilities include operating machinery, monitoring quality, and recording production data. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $2,500 to $3,300 per month, along with potential for additional income through night shift allowances and overtime opportunities.

Location: Tuas, Singapore
(Free company shuttle from Choa Chu Kang & Joo Koon MRT stations)
Workweek Options: 4-Day | 5-Day | 6-Day
Shift Patterns:
Day Shift: 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Night Shift: 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM
*(All shifts include a 1-hour meal break and two paid 15-minute rest breaks)*
In this role, you will be essential to our daily operations. Your core tasks will include:
Operating automated machinery and production equipment safely.
Monitoring product quality to ensure high standards are met.
Accurately recording simple production data.
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workspace.
Following standard procedures to ensure consistent output.
Your Earnings:
Basic Salary: $2,500 – $3,300 per month (based on experience)
Extra Income: Night shift allowance (up to $25/night) + overtime opportunities
Annual Rewards: 13th-month salary + performance bonus (typically 1-2 months)
