Job description

We are looking for individuals with positive and outgoing personality willing to take up our front line customer service position. You will be working in the front line providing quality service to customers, handling their transactions and responding to their queries. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Attend to customers’ requirements, feedback and complaints in an efficient and service-oriented manner via front desk service, phone and internet enquiries
  • Effectively explaining company policies and services to customers
  • Handle day-to-day operational duties of the school, which includes but are not limited to fees transactions
  • Perform basic accounting and reporting duties
  • Perform general administrative duties
  • Perform the above duties as part of the customer service team
Requisites
  • Strong interest in customer service and relationship-building
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills with good command of spoken and written English
  • Highly responsible, organized and able to multi-task and work independently
  • Preferred applicant with diploma in customer service but any diploma holder may apply
  • Fresh graduates may apply but customer service experience will be an added advantage
  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • 6-day work week
  • MUST work weekday evenings
  • MUST work shift and weekends (BOTH Saturdays and Sundays)
  • Actual monthly remuneration will depend on the actual designation and background of applicant
