Job Description: Provides front line service to customers by booking cargo shipments into tracking system. Handles and resolves customer complaints and special air shipping requirements. Solving to customer questions regarding product or services.
Have an understanding of computer systems, internet applications and Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience in sales, customer service or an operational coordination role in transportation, freight forwarding and/or air cargo transport industry.
