Job description

Job ID: 102809

Singapore City

Do you want to work on complex and pressing challenges—the kind that bring together curious, ambitious, and determined leaders who strive to become better every day? If this sounds like you, you’ve come to the right place

YOUR IMPACT

The Innovation & Learning Center (ILC) Singapore is our innovative digital operations awareness- and capability-building facility created by McKinsey & Company and the Advanced Remanufacturing and Technology Center (ARTC).

The center serves as a key hub in Southeast Asia for enabling clients to envision their digital future and delivering capability building in a real-life demonstration and learning environment, as well as a test bed for piloting and scaling up new digital solutions.

As the ILC Manager, you will shape the ILC innovation agenda in collaboration with leadership, ensuring alignment with client priorities. You will lead the development and enhancement of ILC assets in close collaboration with firm subject matter experts (e.g., practice), such as new demos and learning content, and operationalize the reach and relevance plan through content creation, roundtables, and client outreach initiatives.

You will lead the end-to-end management of client visits, from scheduling and facility coordination to team assignments and content facilitation, ensuring a seamless and high-quality client experience. Additionally, you will lead scoping discussions for ILC workshops with CST-leaders, deliver demos and presentations with the ILC-team, and support pre- and post-workshop client development efforts while engaging key internal stakeholders.

You will coach and mentor program delivery analysts, specialists, interns, and project analysts, providing feedback aligned with the leadership development model. You will collaborate with EDs/PDMs to assign ILC projects based on opportunities and actively support recruiting efforts to strengthen the team.

YOUR GROWTH

You are someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, bringing a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit to tackle meaningful challenges that have a real impact.

In return for your drive, determination, and curiosity, we’ll provide the resources, mentorship, and opportunities to help you quickly broaden your expertise, grow into a well-rounded professional, and contribute to work that truly makes a difference.

When you join us, you will have:

  • Continuous learning: Our learning and apprenticeship culture, backed by structured programs, is all about helping you grow while creating an environment where feedback is clear, actionable, and focused on your development. The real magic happens when you take the input from others to heart and embrace the fast-paced learning experience, owning your journey.
  • A voice that matters: From day one, we value your ideas and contributions. You’ll make a tangible impact by offering innovative ideas and practical solutions. We not only encourage diverse perspectives, but they are critical in driving us toward the best possible outcomes.
  • Global community: With colleagues across 65+ countries and over 100 different nationalities, our firm’s diversity fuels creativity and helps us come up with the best solutions. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to learn from exceptional colleagues with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
  • Exceptional benefits: On top of a competitive salary (based on your location, experience, and skills), we provide a comprehensive benefits package to enable holistic well-being for you and your family.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Technology Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in client engagement, digital operations, or capability building—ideally within consulting, innovation centers, or corporate learning environments.
  • Prior experience working in or with digital transformation, Industry 4.0, or operational excellence programs is highly desirable.
  • Good understanding of digital technologies (AI, IoT, automation etc) and how they drive operational improvements
  • Experience in leading small to medium high-performing, cross-functional teams
  • Ideally strong background in Operations domains such as digital manufacturing, supply chain, capital analytics
  • Familiarity with budgeting, scheduling and logistics coordination for client-facing programs
  • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing capability-building programs
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and stakeholders
  • A team player who thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Strong coaching skills, passionate about mentoring team members and fostering a culture of continuous development
  • Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills (both internal and external senior audiences)
