A global design and engineering firm in Singapore seeks a Procurement Manager to ensure the successful delivery of procurement activities for multiple capital projects. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Quantity Surveying or M&E Engineering and have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities include establishing procurement strategies, preparing procurement plans, and coordinating with clients.
