Job summary
A customer service company in Singapore is seeking an individual for a flexible role to handle customer enquiries and feedback. Responsibilities include addressing inquiries, managing bookings, and maintaining records. Candidates should possess strong customer service skills and be able to commit to varying shifts including weekends. Competitive pay of S$14/hour on weekdays and S$16/hour on weekends.
Qualifications
- Able to commit to work 20-28 hours per week.
- Available to work on weekdays + 1 weekend.
- Able to commit to afternoon shifts or evening shifts.
Responsibilities
- Address customer enquiries and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Handle facility bookings and programme registrations.
- Follow up on customer feedback and enquiries.

Job Scope
- Address customer enquiries and feedback received via different touchpoints (including face‑to‑face, hotline and emails) promptly and professionally
- Handle facility bookings, programme registrations and over‑the‑counter paymentcollections
- Follow up with designated departments and/ or escalate issues to supervisors to ensure timely and appropriate actions are taken to resolve customer feedback and enquiries
- Keep records of customer interactions, including lost and found items, in the CRM system according to the established criteria and guidelines
- Maintain secure custody of found property
- Update notice and display boards with the public activities/ events conducted within the premises, and the appropriate environmental and service information
- Perform daily settlements and financial reconciliations for revenue submissions
- Identify improvements and propose recommendations to address operational challenges and enhance customer experience
- Ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned or needed

S$14 /hour for weekdays
S$16 /hour for weekends
