Contracts Manager
Job Description:
· Project control of all pre & post contract and quantity surveying management and duties.
· Close liaison with Project Managers
· Weekly and monthly reporting of cost, reconciliations and accruals.
· Procurement via outsourcing and analysis of tender submissions – recommend to management preferred bidders.
· Close attention to and administration of all Notices relative to time bars.
· Adhere to group Contract Management plan and protocols.
· Professionally represent the Company in the face of clients on all contractual matters, insurance, EOT, Variations, claims, account submissions; taking to a mutually satisfactory conclusion.
· Managing sub-subcontractors effectively and fairly.
· Having knowledge about local and international standard form of contracts
The role dictates that the candidate must be autonomous and skilled in contract management and quantity surveying and must be able to disseminate information fluently and concisely.
Requirement:
· Teamworks, adaptability and problem solving.
· Minimum degree certification in quantity surveying or engineering;
· minimum 5 years in managerial role for construction
