Job summary
A construction company in Singapore seeks a candidate to report to the Senior Contracts Manager. Responsibilities include preparing tender submissions, managing progress claims, and liaising with various stakeholders such as consultants and contractors. The ideal applicant should have a Degree/Diploma in Building/Quantity Surveying and 2 years of relevant experience.
Qualifications
- 2 years’ relevant experience with contractors.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to Senior Contracts Manager.
- Prepare tender submission, handle progress claims and payments.
- Liaise with consultants, quantity surveyors, and contractors.
Skills
Education
- Reporting to Senior Contracts Manager
- Prepare tender submission, handle progress claims and progress payment, VO & finalization of accounts
- Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers, and contractors on certification of claims for payments
- Degree/Diploma in Building/Quantity Surveying
- 2 years’ relevant experience with contractors
- Meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, good team player, and able to meet tight deadlines
