Job Responsibilities :
Sales & Business Development:
Develop and execute sales strategies to win projects.
Identify and build relationships with potential clients.
Prepare proposals, tenders, and technical presentations.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms.
Conduct market and competitor analysis for new opportunities.
Quantity Surveying & Cost Estimation:
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and BOQs.
Analyze costs for materials, labor, and equipment.
Support tendering and bid submissions.
Evaluate risks, feasibility, and cost-saving options.
Project & Client Management:
Collaborate with internal teams for project alignment.
Monitor project progress, ensuring budget and contract compliance.
Provide technical and commercial input to boost profitability.
Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Job Requirements :
Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in sales, business development, and quantity surveying in the construction industry.
Proven ability to secure contracts and manage project costs effectively.
