• Verify shipment costs for accuracy and compliance.
• Address customer inquiries regarding rates and shipment tracking.
• Collaborate with overseas agents and customers to resolve shipment issues.

• Prepare and manage all documentation related to imports, exports, transshipments, and delivery order (D/O) releases.
• Verify shipment costs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Address customer inquiries regarding rates, shipment tracking, and other logistics-related matters in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with overseas agents and customers to ensure smooth shipment handling and resolve any issues.
