Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare sales orders, delivery orders, invoices and other necessary documents
  • Attend to customers queries with prompt and professional service
  • Ensure timely execution of customers’ orders
  • Communicate with customers via various channels.
  • Liaise with internal departments and/or third parties to process order requests from customers.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers by providing excellent sales support and accurate product information.
  • Handle and resolve customers feedback issues.
  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in any relevant discipline
  • At least one year of experience in customer service is preferred
