A financial services company in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Executive. The successful candidate will manage the full set of accounts, including ledgers, payments to suppliers, and liaising with auditors. Applicants should have a Diploma and 3-5 years of experience, and familiarity with MYOB software is essential. The position offers a salary of up to $4,000, depending on experience.

- At least a Diploma and preferably 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Must know how to use MYOB software.
- Comfortable working in a lean set-up.
Responsabilidades
- Perform full set of accounts, including maintaining ledgers on expenses.
- Prepare payment to suppliers and confirm incoming funds from customers.
- Liaise with auditor on annual financial closing.

- Location: City Hall
- Working hours: 9am - 5pm
- Salary: up to $4,000 (Depending on experiences)
- Perform full set of accounts (Balance sheet, Profit and loss and other sales/ purchase reports), including maintaining the daily ledgers on incoming and outgoing expenses
- Prepare payment to suppliers and confirm incoming funds from customers
- Perform online Quarterly GST F5 declaration from customers
- Liaise with the auditor on annual financial closing, including preparing documents for auditors
- Liaise with the Company Secretary for matters relating to the Company such as filing of annual return, change of directors’ information and so forth.
- Liaise with tax agent on company income tax matters
- Daily office operations such as maintaining office supplies, dealing with office contracts, copier leasing etc.
- Ad hoc duties
- At least a Diploma and preferably 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Must know how to use MYOB software
- Basic Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills
- Comfortable working in a lean set-up
