Job description

    As the Chemical Sales Manager at Aristo located in Borivali West, Mumbai, you will report directly to the Director. Your main objective will be to drive business growth within the Chemical sector by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities, expanding the client base, and positioning Aristo Industries as a preferred partner in the industry.Your responsibilities will include achieving revenue targets in coordination with the plan, establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges, and providing tailored logistics solutions that add value to their operations. You will focus on ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention by preparing comprehensive proposals, leading contract negotiations, and collaborating with internal teams for seamless execution of business development strategies.Collaboration with various teams such as operations, finance, marketing, and customer service will be essential to deliver exceptional customer experiences and exceed client expectations. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving the team to ensure CRM compliance and effectiveness, developing long-term account plans, and fostering a high-performance service culture.To excel in this role, you should possess sales and key account management experience, particularly in the Chemical sector. Your expertise in logistics across various sub-sectors, including developing and executing strategic plans, will be crucial. Experience in the entire logistics value chain, from Express and FTL transportation to warehousing and value-added services, will be highly beneficial.The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in Marketing or Sales, along with relevant certifications in the Chemical sector. A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, key account management, and logistics within the Chemical industry is required to succeed in this role.,
