The Qualifications We Seek
  • Bachelor's degree required; Law degree strongly preferred for candidates operating at Lawyer or Legal Counsel level
  • 5+ years of senior experience in a legal environment, including law firms, in‑house legal teams, or international legal settings
  • Proven experience as a Lawyer, Legal Counsel, or Senior Paralegal, with hands‑on expertise in corporate law, legal drafting, and complex case support
  • Demonstrated experience supporting cross‑border, multinational, or international legal matters, including coordination with global stakeholders
  • Strong capability in corporate client management, legal advisory support, and professional client communications
  • Advanced English fluency, with excellent verbal and written skills for drafting, reviewing, and interpreting legal correspondence and documentation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management systems, with strong analytical, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail skills
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities, able to manage multiple priorities in high‑pressure environments
  • Professional, adaptable, and collaborative, with a strong work ethic, discretion, and commitment to legal compliance and confidentiality
Your Daily Tasks
  • Provide administrative support to the onshore team to ensure efficient identification and appointment of expert witnesses
  • Collaborate with a dynamic and passionate team to drive success in the legal field
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and expert witnesses throughout legal proceedings
  • Facilitate seamless communication between experts and legal teams to ensure smooth case handling
  • Coordinate with the research team to identify and appoint the most qualified expert witnesses for specific cases
  • Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure expert reports meet court‑admissibility standards
  • Address and resolve challenges during the expert report‑writing process
