Requirements
  • Working hours: 9pm to 6am or 10pm to 7am, Monday to Friday.
  • Permanent night‑shift work. Work‑from‑home opportunity.
  • Education: SPM or Diploma.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve platform operation issues through non‑voice channels (email, chat).
  • Make occasional outbound calls to customers for follow‑up or clarification.
  • Review and coordinate return and refund requests in a timely, professional manner.
  • Handle user issues related to financial transactions and logistics.
  • Manage account‑related inquiries, including platform permission issues.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and system‑related activities in internal tools.
  • Work toward achieving individual and team performance goals, including response times, customer satisfaction scores, and other KPIs.
