Total Salary : RM 4000-5000 + Other Benefits

Working Days : Fixed Monday to Friday (9pm-6am/10pm-7am) | Saturday & Sunday fixed Off

Working Model : 100% Work From Home (TRAINING PROVIDED)

Requirements

• Fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese and Excellent English.
• Fluency in reading, writing and speaking all three languages.
• Remote opportunity – able to work from home on a permanent basis.
• Available for permanent night shifts.
• Excellent listening and communication skills to maintain a high level of accuracy.
• Ready to start from 18th Jan or 25th Jan.
• Can work in an interpreter role.

Responsibilities

• Provide language translation/interpretation from one language to another for individuals with a language barrier to enable clear communication.
• Handle telephone or video calls on demand and provide the meaning of conversations in real‑time translation/interpretation between speakers of English.
• Use appropriate industry terminology and understand common industry procedures and practices.
• Handle calls that may involve simple or complex, non‑technical or technical subjects in healthcare, government, insurance, finance, utilities, travel and hospitality, 911 emergency services, law enforcement, courts, and general business.
