Postgraduate Education Trainer( Work From Home)

And now, we are expanding services to a broader region of Asia by 2030. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Postgraduate Education Trainer. Come join us!

Responsibilities:

Create training content, materials, and resources tailored to various audiences across the organization.

Provide one-on-one mentorship and academic guidance to students in data collection, data analysis, thesis writing, viva preparation, article publication, and other academic needs.

Organize and conduct workshops on essential skills, including academic writing, literature review techniques, citation management, data analysis tools, research ethics, and other topics related to postgraduate studies.

Facilitate training on software tools such as SPSS, AMOS, R, NVivo, ATLAS.ti, LaTeX, and others relevant to the students’ research needs.

Actively seek out potential clients, promote services, and close sales.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) or equivalent in the relevant field of study.

Important : Proven experience as a Trainer, Tutor, Lecturer, Researcher or in a similar role. Experience mentoring students or supervising research projects/ academic writing.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Familiarity with academic and research tools such as statistical software, citation management systems, and research databases.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for teaching and feedback.

Adaptability, perseverance, and a commitment to meeting deadlines, including occasional extended hours when necessary.
