Client Services Specialist - Software Support (ID: 683394)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Work from Home; open to future office arrangement)

Working Hours: Shift-based (8am–5pm / 9am–6pm), 5 days/week

Employment Type: Renewable Contract (2–3 years)

About the Role

We are hiring a Client Services Specialist to support enterprise clients across the Asia‑Pacific region. This role focuses on providing system support, configuration, and customer assistance to ensure smooth daily operation of a software platform. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to resolve issues, support implementations, and deliver a high‑quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide client support and system configuration to ensure effective software usage
  • Handle customer inquiries and technical issues mainly via email and remote support
  • Assist in project implementation and coordination with internal teams
  • Troubleshoot system issues, perform configuration changes, and support software updates
  • Deliver user training and guidance on system features and best practices
  • Manage data collection, imports, and basic analysis to support client needs
  • Monitor system operations and address issues to minimize downtime
  • Document issues, solutions, and contribute to knowledge base materials
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately and ensure resolution within SLA
  • Collect customer feedback and support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience in client support, IT support, application support, or software services
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and customer‑oriented mindset
  • Comfortable with remote support and learning new software systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with tools such as SQL, Jira, Salesforce, or ServiceNow is an advantage
  • Fluent in English; additional APAC languages are a plus
  • Willing to work shift hours and travel within APAC when required
