This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Mandarin Interpreter for INTOUCHCX MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. in a fully remote role. You will be providing high-quality Mandarin language interpretation services to assist customers located in Kuala Lumpur City Centre. This is a full-time position, offering the flexibility of working from home.

What you'll be doing
  • Provide accurate and efficient Mandarin language interpretation services to support customer inquiries and concerns
  • Facilitate clear communication between customers and support teams on Video calls.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures and service level agreements
  • Continuously improve your language skills and interpretation capabilities
What we're looking for
  • Fluency in both Mandarin ( C1 & C2 Level) and English( C1 & C2 Level), with the ability to interpret between the two languages accurately and efficiently
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Adaptability and the capacity to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment
