Claims Associate Analyst (Work From Home)

Supporting our U.S. partners – AGS and SpeedX

KGW Group, in collaboration with our U.S. logistics partners AGS and SpeedX, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Claims Associate Analyst to join our remote team. This work-from-home role offers the opportunity to support a fast-paced, dynamic logistics environment and contribute to process improvements in claims handling.

About the Role

As a Claims Associate Analyst, you will support the claims team by conducting preliminary investigations, maintaining organized documentation, and assisting with various claim-related functions and reporting. This role requires strong analytical skills, initiative, and the ability to work independently while collaborating across time zones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial investigations on client claim submissions and summarize findings
  • Maintain and organize claims documentation and digital filing systems
  • Support reporting on DSP (Delivery Service Provider) counter claims
  • Assist in the development of automation tools to streamline the claims process
  • Respond to miscellaneous client inquiries and requests related to claims
  • Recommend process improvements using Excel functions or other automation methods
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across the claims department
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong command of English (both written and verbal)Meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Able to work independently in a remote setup with minimal supervision
  • Willing to work according to U.S. business hours (EST/PST time zones)
  • Previous experience in claims, logistics, or data analysis is an added advantage
