Job Description

We are looking for a responsible Admin & HR Executive based in JB to support our Singapore restaurant operations. This role is mainly work-from-home and involves HR, payroll, and basic accounting administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle application & renewal of EPASS, S-PASS, and Work Permits
  • Prepare employment contracts and HR letters
  • Submit MOM OED reports for staff onboarding and exits
  • Prepare payroll files and issue payslips
  • Submit CPF via EZPay
  • Process staff expense claims
  • Raise IDEAL banking transactions for salaries, invoices, and payments
  • Prepare payment vouchers with invoices for approval
  • Compile bank statements and invoices for accountant submission
  • Perform admin tasks requiring Singpass / IDEAL access
  • Travel to Singapore when required (expenses fully claimable)
Requirements
  • Based in Johor Bahru
  • Experience with Singapore HR / payroll / admin preferred
  • Familiar with MOM, CPF, Singpass, IDEAL banking
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
  • Basic Excel and admin skills
