Job summary
A travel service provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dedicated candidate to assist with booking tickets and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include managing computerized reservations, ensuring accuracy in fare calculations and scheduling, and processing cancellations per company policy. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience in a related field and possess strong communication skills. This position offers opportunities for growth in the travel industry.
Qualifications
- 0 - 1 years of experience in a relevant field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Booking tickets for customers using computerised reservations systems.
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues related to ticket bookings.
- Ensuring accuracy in fare calculations and availability of flight schedules.
- Checking passports and other travel documents to comply with security regulations.
- Processing ticket cancellations and refunds as per company policies.
- Coordinating with airlines and other service providers to ensure smooth operations.
