KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales and Business Development
  • Proactively identify and secure new leads in the commercial vehicle and non-motor insurance markets.
  • Conduct telemarketing activities, perform follow‑ups, and schedule client meetings.
  • Propose customized insurance solutions that align with each client’s unique needs.
Relationship Management
  • Develop and sustain strong, long‑term relationships with business clients.
  • Act as the key liaison, providing timely support, advice, and problem resolution.
Travel & Networking
  • Travel to client sites, attend business events, and engage with industry stakeholders to grow the business network.
  • Utilize personal and professional networks to generate new business opportunities and referrals.
Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and business pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, projections, and market insights to management.
Compliance & Industry Knowledge
  • Ensure all insurance offerings are compliant with industry standards, internal policies, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Continuously update knowledge of market trends, competitors, and new product offerings.
Ad Hoc Responsibilities
  • Perform additional duties or special projects as directed by the Management.
  • Respond flexibly to changing business needs and contribute to ongoing insurance initiatives in both commercial vehicle and non-motor segments.
