Job description

Family Transport: Be primarily responsible for transporting family members to and from various destinations, including scheduled meetings, personal appointments, and general errands.

Trip Management: Efficiently manage daily trip logs, including routine duties such as school drop-offs/pick-ups, business meeting transfers, etc.

Standby/On-Call: Be flexible and available to be on call and stand by, including occasional requirements for weekends or overtime.

Punctuality and Route Planning: Plan and execute optimal routes using real time traffic data from apps like Waze or Google Maps to ensure absolute punctuality and minimize travel time.

Adherence to Law: Strictly follow all traffic rules, road safety regulations, and speed limits at all times.

2. Vehicle Maintenance & Care

• Vehicle Cleanliness: Maintain the vehicle in excellent condition, ensuring the interior and exterior are impeccably clean at all times.
• Regular Checks: Conduct daily checks on the vehicle's condition, including but not limited to fuel, oil, water, tyre pressure, brakes, and lights.
• Servicing: Ensure the vehicle is regularly serviced and well-maintained according to the scheduled maintenance plan.

3. Personal Support & Professionalism

• Personal Errands: Efficiently run personal errands as instructed (e.g., deliveries, pickups, administrative tasks).
• Assistance: Assist the employer with the loading and unloading of luggage, documents, packages, or other items when required.
• Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all duties.
• Professional Conduct: Maintain a professional demeanour, appearance, and courteous attitude at all times.

4. Requirements

• Proven experience as a personal or corporate driver.
• Must possess a valid driving license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent knowledge of road networks, routes, and traffic conditions, particularly for outstation travel.
• High sense of responsibility, reliability, and excellent time management skills.
• Must have no criminal background or any other disciplinary issues.
