Senior Aesthetic Medical Device Sales Manager

Job description

AIM MEDTEC SDN BHD is a newly established company specializing in aesthetic medical devices and aesthetic consumables, including post-treatment masks, needles, and serums.

There are two (2) job positions available:

Position 1: Sales Manager (Aesthetic Medical Devices)

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
• Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to maximize performance
• Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key doctors, clinic owners, and distributors
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support product launches

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in medical aesthetic sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of aesthetic devices, injectables, or consumables
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent leadership and negotiation skills
• Diploma or Degree in Science, Marketing, Business, or related field
• Willing to travel as required

Position 2: Sales Executive (Aesthetic Medical Devices)

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell medical devices and consumables to aesthetic clinics
• Build and maintain relationships with doctors and clinic owners
• Achieve monthly sales targets and provide market feedback to management
• Conduct product presentations and follow-ups

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in selling medical aesthetic products (e.g. devices, Botox, HA serum, consumables)
• Existing customer network in aesthetic / dermatology / clinic field is an advantage
• Diploma or Degree in Science, Marketing, or related field
• Possess own transport and willing to travel within JB / Johor
