Job summary

A leading interior design and construction firm in Subang Jaya, Malaysia, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee full-cycle project execution from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, with at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the interior design industry. You will manage timelines, costs, and quality standards while ensuring regulatory compliance. Qualifications

Job description

Manage full-cycle project execution, from planning to closeout, ensuring timelines, costs, and quality standards are met.

Lead site mobilization, logistics planning, and ensure all documentation systems are in place.

Ensure regulatory compliance, manage permits, and ensure all construction activities adhere to regulations.

Oversee resource management (labor, equipment, materials) and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.

Monitor safety, enforce protocols, and perform regular quality inspections.

Control project budgets, track costs, and ensure site material inventory is effectively managed.

Provide regular communication and progress reports to management and clients.

Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and handle project challenges as they arise.

Ensure successful project handover with completed documentation and proper client communication.

Requirements
  • Strong project planning, budgeting, and execution knowledge.
  • Leadership skills, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication, risk management, and resource management skills.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience.
  • Prefer have experience in ID industry.
  • Have own transport, willing to travel to other state if required.
