Job summary
A technology solutions company in Johor Bahru is seeking a skilled IT professional. The role involves performing installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of systems, in addition to providing technical support during and after project deployments. Candidates should have a Diploma in IT-related fields and a solid understanding of Windows Server and Linux OS. Willingness to travel and work on-site when required is essential. This position offers a chance to contribute to continuous improvement in IT processes.
Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Perform system installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Provide technical support during and after project deployment.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports.
- Support continuous improvement of IT processes and project methodologies.
- Provide Level 2/3 support for incidents related to project-delivered systems.
Skills
Education
