Job description
Technical Support Engineer (Based in Japan)
  • Provide day-to-day support and assist for operating system.
  • Support operating system such as Windows and Linux.
  • Remotely and on-site deploy, configure and troubleshoot Windows & Linux server operating system.
  • Maintain, diagnose and troubleshoot network device problem.
  • Configure and troubleshoot endpoint devices, operating system, and all IT hardware assigned.
  • Perform excellent oral and written communication skills to be able to communicate with endpoint clients and vendors.
  • To undertake any all‑other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the Direct Superior/HOD.
  • Able and willing to work rotational shift (Morning: 9am-6pm; Afternoon: 12pm-9pm; Night: 6pm-3am).
  • Candidate possess at least Diploma/ in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Familiar with IT hardware components.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with minimum supervision.
  • Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin and English is preferably.
  • Ability to work independently and be a team player.
  • A highly motivated and innovative team player.
  • Willing to relocate to Japan for long term.
