Job Description

As a Mechanical & Civil Engineer (Site Engineer), you will be responsible for supervising construction activities and ensuring the project execution on-site. You will play a crucial role in overseeing work execution ranging from piping, steel structure & RC works, conducting regular inspections, liaising with clients and consultants to resolve technical issues, and ensuring that safety and quality standards are strictly adhered to.

This role offers hands‑on experience in a dynamic and challenging environment, where you will be directly involved in the field‑based activities of the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the project and installations at the site.
• Ensure all project executions are compliant with safety and environmental standards.
• Perform regular site inspections and check the progress of project work.
• Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to ensure that deadlines and project goals are met.
• Ensure the safe and proper handover of projects.
• Provide technical support and guidance to on‑site staff.
• Maintain accurate records and reports for project closure and progress claim.
• Assist in the coordination of materials, resources, and manpower for project tasks.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma in Mechanical/Civil Engineering with at least 1 year of experience or fresh graduate.
• Degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering (fresh graduate welcome to apply).
• Previous experience in the Oil & Gas industry/Refinery/Power Plant/Port/Shipyard & Cement Plant is advantageous, but not mandatory.
• Ability to work effectively in a field‑based environment.
• Good problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team.
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards within the industry.
