Job summary

A precision equipment company in Puchong is seeking a skilled technician with a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience and expertise in Solidworks. Responsibilities include installation and servicing of robotics, fault-finding, and client presentations. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required, and the ability to work independently is essential. Training will be provided, and local or overseas travel may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Expert with Solidworks software, must know how to use Simulation mode.
• Willing to learn new skills and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical work.
• Perform installation, commissioning, and servicing of robots and automation equipment.
• Perform fault-finding, investigation, and repair of equipment.
• Perform design presentations to clients.
• Support customers with technical assistance and training.
• Prepare service reports and provide feedback on technical issues.
• On-site support at client sites when needed.

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in either Mechanical Electrical/Electronic or equivalent Engineering Course.

Minimum of two (2) years working experience in this field

Expert with Solidworks software (Must know how to use Simulation mode).

Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & English (Mandarin is an advantage)

Willing to learn new skills and work as part of a team

Can work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong problem-solving, design & creative thinking skills

Good discipline, punctuality, able to deliver requested tasks and result-oriented

Tasks & responsibilities

• Perform Mechanical and electrical work
• Perform installation, commissioning and servicing of robots and automation equipment
