Analyze Failed Modules and Components
  • Examine previous test outcomes and modify parameters to detect failure sensitivities.
  • Perform visual inspections and use schematics/layouts to detect abnormalities.
  • Document failed conditions, categorize electrical failures, and communicate findings.
  • Coordinate next-level analysis with teams such as C-SAM, PYE, Product Engineering, Package Reliability, and AQL.
Perform Engineering Requests and Supplemental Tasks
  • Provide FA support for other groups (RMA, Module).
  • Determine engineering test requirements and complete experiments.
  • Summarize test outcomes and offer feedback.
Manage Communication of Results
  • Review feedback and corrective actions from manufacturing teams.
  • Translate technical results into customer-friendly reports.
  • Analyze data for trends and communicate process improvements.
Provide FA Reports to External Customers
