- A Bachelor’s Degree in a discipline relevant to student administration, education management, policy, business, or law from a recognised institution, with relevant working experience in the management of student life cycle and student matters.
- A postgraduate qualification in a relevant field such as higher education management, leadership, governance, policy, administration, or organisational development and relevant to the position.
- Demonstrated leadership in academic governance, including strategic responsibilities, policy development, curriculum coordination, and academic calendar oversight.
