Job description

What you'll be doing

Assist the Project Manager in all aspects of project planning, including developing project schedules, budgets and resource allocation

Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors and suppliers, to ensure timely and effective project delivery

Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues or risks that may arise

Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular progress reports to the management team

Support the implementation of quality control and safety measures on site

Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and procedures

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar project management or Solar PV Project construction support role

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders

Proficient in the use of project management software and other relevant digital tools

Degree or diploma or certificate in Project Management, Engineering or a related field

Familiarity with Solar PV System / Construction regulations and safety protocols
