We are looking for an AI Engineer with experience in Gen-AI engineering and modern AI systems. You will work closely with business units across the Group and support critical areas such as dairy farm operations, supply and demand, logistics, finance, sales and marketing.

The role covers data preparation, system integration, LLM development, gen-AI workflows, agentic AI, prompt engineering and automation. You will design and deliver end-to-end AI solutions, including integrations with enterprise systems through APIs or MCP.

We are seeking someone who is proactive, technically strong and passionate about building practical AI solutions. You will help to develop scalable and reliable AI systems that adds value to the business.

What will you be doing?

• Design, develop and deploy data & AI solutions.
• Build agentic AI systems using Copilot Studio, Vertex AI or similar platforms.
• Develop APIs, microservices and backend components to integrate AI models into business systems.
• Transform prototypes into production‑ready AI services.
• Apply feature engineering and data preparation techniques required for AI.
• Optimize and retrain models when needed.
• Extend and reuse existing models, libraries and frameworks.
• Build dashboards or lightweight visualizations to support the solution when required.

What you bring?

• BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in AI engineering or relevant development.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Python for building AI and automation solutions.
• Experience in ETL tools like Talend, SSIS, Data Factory similar platforms.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms, especially Azure or Google Cloud.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI Foundry, Vertex AI or similar platforms.
• Skilled in working with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases and RAG architecture.
• Experience in building APIs, microservices, containers and backend services.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and agentic AI design.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Ability to build simple dashboards or monitoring tools using Power BI or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of business processes and ability to translate needs to AI solutions.
• Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning by staying abreast of emerging AI technologies and monitoring industry trends.
• Good communication skills and strong collaboration across business and technical teams.
• Experience in the FMCG industry is an advantage.
