We are seeking a dynamic Manager-Business Development to lead our expansion efforts by identifying and securing prime locations in high-potential malls. The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with landlords, deep market knowledge, and expertise in feasibility studies to support the company’s growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
Site Identification & Acquisition

Identify and assess potential locations for new departmental stores in line with the company’s expansion strategy.

Conduct feasibility studies, including market analysis, demographics, and financial viability of potential sites.

Landlord & Stakeholder Relations

Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, mall operators, and key real estate stakeholders.

Negotiate favorable lease terms to optimize rental costs and secure prime locations for long-term sustainability.

  • Review, monitor and manage Tenancy Agreements and related correspondence to ensure compliance.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth store openings.

Analyze financial performance and market trends to refine expansion strategies, ensuring profitability and strong return on investment (ROI).

Key Requirements:

5+ years of experience in business development, retail expansion, or real estate.

Strong network with landlords and mall operators.

Proven ability to analyze market trends and secure high-traffic locations.
