The candidate will be responsible for compliance management, risk mitigation, and communication with stakeholders. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 8-10 years of EHS experience are required. Qualifications

• Advanced certifications (e.g., CSP, NEBOSH, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor) preferred.
• Minimum 8–10 years of EHS experience in construction or data center projects, with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian EHS regulations and international standards.
• Experience in ESG reporting and sustainability programs.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement EHS strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Ensure adherence to Malaysian laws such as OSHA 1994 and related regulations.
• Support ESG reporting and local requirements.
• Lead health, safety, and environmental training programs for employees.
• Build strong relationships with Malaysian regulatory agencies and stakeholders.

Skills

Advanced understanding of Malaysian EHS laws and best practices

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in EHS management systems and reporting tools

Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field
