Job summary

A retail and trading company based in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a candidate responsible for developing training materials and managing CSR activities. The role involves training store operations staff and ensuring smooth execution of CSR events. Ideal candidates will have a degree, preferably in Education or Public Relations, along with experience in training and CSR activities. This position offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to both training programs and sustainability efforts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and update training program materials for both operations and non-operations.
• Liaise with relevant departments to ensure communication consistency.
• Conduct training for HQ staff on soft skills and new projects.
• Assist in on-the-job evaluation for new staff.

Responsibilities

Primary

• Responsible for development and updates of Training Program Materials and documents for both store operations and non-operations related
• Liaise with relevant departments to ensure information and activities are consistently communicated and updated
• Conduct soft skills and new projects launch training for HQ staff
• Assist Area Trainer to conduct follow ups and On-the-job evaluation for new staff to certify the staff

Secondary

• Plan and monitor the company’s CSR activities to meet the company’s sustainability goals
• Constantly contact and meet up with external parties (eg Schools & NGOs) to execute CSR related activities on monthly basis, and ensuring all activities are recorded and documented
• Drive internal and external communications with relevant parties to ensure smooth execution of the CSR activities

Job Requirements

• Degree in any field. Preferably degree in Education, Public Relations
• Experience in Operations Training or Soft Skills Training
• Experience in handling CSR activities or events
