Job summary
A leading construction company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced site supervisor to oversee daily operations for architectural and civil works. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety standards, coordinating with subcontractors, and preparing progress documentation. Candidates should possess a diploma or degree in a related field and have 1 to 5 years of supervision experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Qualifications
- 1–5 years of experience in construction site supervision (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
- Knowledge of architectural & structural works, construction methods, and safety practices.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations for architectural and C&S works.
- Monitor work progress to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, suppliers, and consultants.
- Inspect work quality, material usage, and ensure proper installation on site.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and report site issues to the Project Manager / Engineer.
- Prepare daily reports, photo updates, and work progress documentation.
- Ensure strict adherence to site safety, housekeeping, and environmental guidelines.
- Assist in planning work sequences and controlling materials.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager or Site Engineer.
