A leading fresh food company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage a comprehensive range of HR services. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Mandarin, possess a degree in any field, and have 5-8 years of HR experience. Responsibilities include payroll processing, recruitment, and statutory compliance. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with proficiency in payroll software. This role offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to human resources operations.
Responsible to provide full spectrums of HR services & supports.
Performs full complement of Human Resources duties including payroll processing, OT calculation, mid-month allowance, update leave records and day to day operational supports.
To assist on statutory matters and payments (Eg, EPF, Socso, EIS, Income Tax, HRDF and other acts relevant to payroll).
Ensuring proper maintenance of staff personnel files and statutory filing
Assist in administering recruitment, interview, orientations, promotion, disciplinary and separation process.
Prepare documentations and letters relating to staff new hires, resignation/retired/termination, etc.
Manage and perform all related foreign worker task (Renewing, updating and record all related permit, passport, FOMEMA, FWCMS, Insurances, & related from times to times).
Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
Other HR functions or ad hoc tasks as per required by superior.
To perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English. We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
In Human Resource Management or its equivalent with at least 5-8 years’ experience in HR field.
Fast learner, ability to communicate effectively & professionally.
A good communicator, team player, and proactive problem-solver.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with payroll software (HR2000) will be have an advantage.
Must have an eye for details and time management.
Experience in recruitment, payroll, performance management, disciplinary & domestic inquiry
Able to work independently with minimal supervision & Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
