Qualifications

• Monitor work progress to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, suppliers, and consultants.
• Inspect work quality, material usage, and ensure proper installation on site.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and report site issues to the Project Manager / Engineer.
• Prepare daily reports, photo updates, and work progress documentation.
• Ensure strict adherence to site safety, housekeeping, and environmental guidelines.
• Assist in planning work sequences and controlling materials.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager or Site Engineer.
