Job summary

A technical support company in Malaysia is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to assist customers with technical inquiries via phone or email. The role involves diagnosing hardware issues and providing solutions, along with maintaining records of customer interactions. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in relevant fields, at least 2 years of experience, and strong communication skills. Possession of a motorcycle/car is necessary as travel may be required.

Qualifications

Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel

Keep record of problems and customers solution

Follow-up with customers

Reporting base on projects

Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Application/ System/ Computer Science/ ICT Engineering/ Networking or equivalent
  • At least TWO (2) year working experience in related field. Possess a knowledge and experience in technical and operational equipment, software, network equipment and applications in Hospital Information System (HIS) will be an added advantage
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation and customer-facing skills
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain professional demeanor
  • Able to work independently with minimize supervision
  • Able to multi-task and deliver within timeline
  • Possess own transport (motorcycle/ car) as well as must be willing to travel
