PayG Specialist, SME & Strategic Partnership (Johor Bahru)
  • Responsible for driving the growth of PayG Loan Portfolio through effective client engagement, cross‑selling and bundling strategies that includes merchant facility, CASA and Insurance products.
  • Build relationships with merchants and clients, achieve individual and team sales targets, and ensure high quality loan disbursement.
  • Identify new opportunities on the latest market and industry developments/trends to increase revenue/loans growth of the Bank (supported by PayG TL).
  • Enhance profitability, manage asset quality and customer satisfaction for PayG Segment.
  • Acquire NTB customers or profit growth of ETB customers through a variety of products offered.
  • Achieve SME Banking overall revenue through PayG Loans / Insurance Products (profitable business).
  • Assist MBS to meet Merchant Sales Volume, CASA and Signing growth by referral basis.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relations with all existing clients at key levels to optimize the utilization of approved facilities.
  • Initiate business development activities with new customers and expand business with existing customers.
  • Work together with MBS and other business units to achieve their KPI’s.
  • Proactively identify SME business opportunities, build customer relationship and expand market reach by delivering excellent customer service.
  • Establish new borrowing relationships for Business Banking (SME), preparing the submission as per the bank policies and procedures to enhance the bank’s market share.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma of Business, preferably majoring in Sales & Marketing or relevant field.
  • Proven working experience with at least 2 - 3 years of experience in banking or financial institution.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work under minimum supervision.
  • Productive, compliant to the requirement, customer oriented and good in merchant management (ETB & NTB).
